CNC Machining

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, and refers to a machine that uses pre-programmed software to perform machining tasks. CNC machines are used in manufacturing to produce precision parts from a variety of materials, such as metal or plastic. 

Equipment : 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis cnc machines, cnc turning machine, lathe turning machine.

Available material : aluminum ,brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, steel alloy, titanium, plastic.

Surface: anodized, plain, polishing, coating, painting etc.

Cold Heading

Cold heading, also known as cold forming or cold forging, is a metalworking process that shapes a metal into a desired shape without heating it. The process involves using a punch to apply force to the end of a metal blank in a die.

Equipment: screw machine, nut machine, thread machine.

Available material: aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, steel alloy, titanium(TA1)

Surface: anodized, plain, polishing, coating, painting etc.

Sheet Metal Machining

Sheet metal machining refers to the process of precisely cutting, shaping, and forming flat sheets of metal (like steel or aluminum) into desired components by using various machining techniques, typically involving operations like cutting, bending, punching, and sometimes welding to create the final product; essentially, it's the practice of manufacturing parts from thin metal sheets through a combination of cutting and forming processes. 

Equipment: stamping machine, laser cutting machine, bending machine, cutting machine.

Available material: aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel alloy

Casting

Die casting is a manufacturing process that uses molds to create metal parts by injecting molten metal into them.

Equipment : Die casting machine, precision casting machine, powder metallurgy machine

Available material: aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel alloy 

Surface: anodized, plain, polishing, coating, painting etc.

Plastic Injection

Plastic injection is a manufacturing process that uses a machine to create plastic parts by injecting molten plastic into a mold cavity.

Equipment : 20tons-200tons injection machine

Available material: ABS, POM, PA, Nylon, PP, PTFE etc.

Surface: plain, polishing, coating, painting etc.

Aluminum Extrusion

The process of shaping aluminum, by forcing it to flow through a shaped opening in a die. Extruded material emerges as an elongated piece with the same profile as the die opening.
