Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked!

If you decide to cancel your Tech Card. Your plan will be canceled immediately and you will no longer be able to make use of our Premium Features.

If you signed up for a Website Development Subscription Plan with a promotional offer you are not eligible for a refund after the 14day trial period.

If you are eligible for a refund, or partial refund, and your refund is approved your credit card will be refunded automatically.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

FTC is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
Payments/Renewals: To ensure that your Tech Card and Tech Ring site remains live at all times, Plans are set to renew automatically at the end of your subscription period (monthly). If your subscription payment is past 30days delinquent your Tech Card and Tech Ring will be deactivated until payments are current and your subscription is re-activated.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These FTCo. Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to herein as, these "FTCo. Enterprise Terms") are a legal agreement by and between FTCO. (hereinafter referred to as “FTCo.” or with "us" or "we") and each user of the FTCo. Enterprise Services (as defined hereunder) (hereinafter referred to herein as “you” or as a “User” and with “your”) and set forth the terms and conditions that will govern your use of any FTCo. Enterprise software application functionality or services provided by FTCo. via it's website (“FTCo. Enterprise Services”).
In order to use any FTCo. Enterprise Services, you must agree to be bound by FTC Terms and these Enterprise Terms. Your purchase, access or use of the FTCo. Enterprise Services shall constitute Your acceptance of the FTCo. Terms and acknowledgement.
FTCo. Enterprise Services shall constitute a Renewing Paid Service, as such term is defined in FTCo. Terms. Unless you cancel auto-renewal option, such FTCo. Enterprise Services will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original subscription period (excluding extended periods) and, unless otherwise notified to you, at the same price (subject to applicable Taxes changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer provided for the first period). If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact your dedicated support team.
Please note that in the event you terminate the FTC Enterprise Services you will remain bound by the FTC Terms.
